I ordered from casebang.com and ended up canceling, so I expected the refund to be straightforward. Support did respond, but it felt like I kept getting vague answers and had to follow up more than I should have. i felt a bit misled by how simple it seemed at first compared to how long it actually took. I did get my money back eventually, but the whole experience left a bad impression.

I ordered from casebang.com and the phone case itself was the right one, and the color too, so that part I was happy with. The print also looked close to what I chose, which was the main thing for me.

The only weird part was one small accessory in the package was wrong. It wasn’t a big disaster or anything, but annoying a little, yeah. Overall it was okay, just I wish the order had been checked better before sending it out.

Checking out was easy and I didn’t really have any issues there. But the shipping was slow, slower than I expected. I kept waiting for updates, and the delivery just seemed to take forever. The whole thing was fine up until the waiting part, but yeah, the delivery was definitely the frustrating part.

I got this phone case and the color is close to the pictures. It’s maybe a tiiiny bit darker in person, but nothing major. It still looks really nice and matches what I was going for. Shipping was normal, and the case feels fine overall. Just taking off one star because the shade wasn’t 100% the same...

Overall, it was a accurate match to the design. I’m the kind of person who notices tiny things like spacing, edge alignment, and whether little details sit exactly where they should, and this came really close. Not absolutely perfect, but close enough that I was genuinely impressed.

I used Casebang to look for a phone case, it’s not bad. I mean, it does the job if you’re just browsing around, but the site felt kind of messy to me. A few pages took longer to load than I expected, and it took more clicks than it probably should have to find what I wanted.
